My work is a response to my surrounding environment at home and abroad. Obsessed by texture.I am constantly drawn to surfaces that are affected by the elements and the passing of time. I aim to distil the essence of place, evoking sensations of being there, capturing traces and fragments. Portraying both beauty and decay. Challenging our perceptions of beauty.
